Was just there to purchase a kayak, asked to talk to manager Kevin about prices, kept us waiting for over 20 minutes and when we finally talked to him he could careless had a really piss poor attitude, I’d fire him if I owned the place! Will never shop at this location again ! Taking my business elsewhere

I'm a professional farmer, and I have used tractor supply for years. Since 2020, I have witnessed a serious nosedive on in store services, and online orders. I now have had 3 separate online orders never arrive at this store, or be MONTHS late. Refunds took so long I had to dispute charges with my bank.
The south Boston store is particularly bad with on-site services. The turnover rate for employees is extremely high at this store. I used to have my propane tanks filled there, until they informed me they could no longer unscrew the overfill valve to full fill 20lb tanks. Only filling tanks halfway. When I do actually get items successfully shipped to south Boston, the employees can find my order about 50% of the time.
Tractor supply is costing me time and money. If you have an option to shop anywhere else, do it.

This place is a joke!!! Literally, even down to the employee here. Employees never greet you, rude, act like it's the worse day of their lives. They never have any horse items in stock, always out of stock. The place is so dirty and disorganized. Dislike this tractor supply and will never come back. Highly recommend you go elsewhere also.
