As we discussed the important details, I truly appreciated his ability to give me the space to think, consider my options, and make a decision without feeling pressured. He presented the facts as they were, demonstrated tremendous professional knowledge and skill, and guided me through the process with confidence and genuine respect.

Together, Milton and Greg made what I initially approached with angst into an experience I can honestly say I’m grateful for. They both demonstrated that excellent customer service isn’t just about making a sale—it’s about making the customer feel respected, informed, comfortable, and confident in their decision.

I'm giving this a 4 stars for the time being because I am scheduled to have a couple of things tweaked which I believe are outside of Milton and Greg's arena, however I have placed my confidence in their oversight to carry this through to completion. I'll be back with an update soon.
