“Had a CEL come on during an extended trip. Made an appointment and got in same day with Loyalty VW and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately (and tell me it was under warranty). The part is back ordered, however, the service rep, Rob, was able to get it ordered & waitlisted, all while communicating this from the get go so I knew what to expect. Hands down the most communicative, informative and friendly dealership service dept. I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Will definitely be buying all of my vehicles and getting service from here in the future.
