“This place is awesome if you know how to shop and when to shop. Yes, it can be crowded sometimes because it's very popular -- try to visit on days when people are at work or school or go early as soon as they open. I always check their clearance items before looking at anything else because I'm guaranteed to find something I'll like in that section. Prices of non clearance items are fairly reasonable, and the clothing holds up well over the years with proper care.”

“Went to get a couple of things, but that's not what happened. Had to search through the racks to find the correct size, but they had a huge selection to choose from. The toys on the tables were a mess, but the price was cheaper . Pocket books had a good selection to choose from. They did open another line when they saw the first line was long. Had a nice conversation with my cashier.”
“I thought the Store looked clean and neat. Also it would be nice if they had more help so the customer's don't have to look for an employee to get help, and when you check out they need to have more than one person to check the customer's out.”

“The staff here is always really friendly and helpful but overall there's not a lot in there compared to some of the other locations. I wish they expanded the fragrances they carry but it's not their fault I guess it's because of the area. The store is always clean and orderly just not a lot of options.”
“JCPenney's is a wonderful department store located in SouthPark Mall. They sell everything from women's and men's clothing, footwear, jewelry and much more. They sell fine jewelry too. You can get nice kitchen decor. I highly recommend this JCPenney's.”
“When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.”
“The Store Has Moved Into A Bigger Space, The Decor Has Shifted, Lots Of Options. Rainbow Always Has A Sale...Most Of The Clothes Are A Little Too Modern For Me, But The Have Cute Outfits For Little Kids And Young Adults. They Offer Military Discounts & Staff Are Always Polite. One Wish...Maybe Play A Little Gospel In The Store On Sunday Afternoons ?”

I went all the way to Richmond shopped at several stores and found nothing. So being able to find something so close to home is great! Would highly recommend this shop they have plenty of options.”
“The young lady who color matched me did an awesome job. We tried different brands and shade and gave it time to oxidize to make sure it was the right shade. They didn’t have my foundation shade in stock, but she sent me home with enough samples to get me until my order comes in ? it was a little busy, but I’m so thankful that the associate I worked with was able to take the time to find what works best for me!”
“I shop here for all my clothes. If you want cheaper deals it's better to go into the store, but the store is disorganized and hot. Online is nice but the downside is majority of the time it's more expensive.”
