“We recently refinanced our HELOC with United Bank. Ms. Meenu Nandra (Assistant Branch Manager) at Chantilly branch herself helped us out with the processing and closing of the loan. We had a very pleasant experience working with her. She is very customer oriented, made sure that we were kept informed at every step of the process and got our HELOC processed from begin to end in just a matter of couple of weeks with full property appraisal done during the same time. On the day of closing and even afterwards she followed up multiple times to answer any questions or concerns with loan or the process and ensured that we received the best of the best service provided by the bank.
