“I spent about 4 hours over three days at this branch. I worked with a Banker named Ms. Marta Pisa Sanz. She was fantastic, patient, and thorough, handling my case with grace and care. To the bank management, she deserves a raise and promotion.
I was at the bank to work on an Estate account of a recently deceased family member. I had been to two other Wells Fargo branches as I have been traveling and they gave me conflicting information, that turned out to be wrong.
Marta was so good at unraveling the different information from the other branches. I was amazed watching this young woman at work on the phone talking to the Wells Fargo legal team. She was patient and professional with them, but firm with them when she had to clarify the correct process to follow. It literally took three hours. The fourth hour was setting up the paperwork for me to submit.
Another great point of service, Marta realized that my case was difficult and actually switched her schedule to help me on the second day. She wanted to give me the continuity of service and save me the trouble of having to tell a new banker the situation again. Bravo for customer service.
