“I went to the Wells Fargo bank at this location for my mother to get documents notarized. We didn't know what we were supposed to do as there were no directions, but since we were there early for appointment, we waited. I didn't catch her name, but by looking at hear notary seal, Ms. Sanz asked us whether we needed any help and after explaining we were there for an appointment, she went to help us right away. The process was efficient and cordial, and after the notarization was completed she asked whether were anything else we needed help with. She was very polite and professional. I rarely write good reviews, but I had great experience from this short experience that I think I would come to this branch from now on.”

“The staff has always been friendly and professional. Whenever I've had questions they've been able to answer them and (patiently) guide me through them.
I often prefer to handle my banking business the old fashioned way, as in face to face with a teller. They do a good job of making me aware of mobile banking or the features available on the ATM without being too pushy or getting annoyed when I come inside instead.
More generally PNC has always done right by me. I've had bad experiences with other banks. So I'm both happy with PNC in general and this branch in particular.”
“We recently refinanced our HELOC with United Bank. Ms. Meenu Nandra (Assistant Branch Manager) at Chantilly branch herself helped us out with the processing and closing of the loan. We had a very pleasant experience working with her. She is very customer oriented, made sure that we were kept informed at every step of the process and got our HELOC processed from begin to end in just a matter of couple of weeks with full property appraisal done during the same time. On the day of closing and even afterwards she followed up multiple times to answer any questions or concerns with loan or the process and ensured that we received the best of the best service provided by the bank. We were very glad to have her on our side. Customer Service is very important to us. From her actions, Ms. Nandra earned us as a lifetime customer of United Bank.”

“I purchased my very first car ever from here and it was a wonderful experience. So after many years, I called and I had the pleasure of speaking with (Ms.) Joyce in Mid-May of 2022 and during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. I told Joyce that I am and have been experiencing some financial challenges, but I badly need a new or gently used Used Vehicle. Joyce was very encouraging as she described the Whole Picture so to speak type of Loan Processes that DOJ uses to determine Loan Approvals. Thier process is comprehensive/360 and goes way beyond, for example, a Fico score. I'm not going to apply for a car loan. And thanks to Joyce, I'm no longer scared to at least try to apply to get a new or used vehicle asap. ⚖️???♻️?️➕️????????⚖️♀️♂️⚧️?️???????”
