Quick and easy place to use for Amazon returns. The layout of the shop is so much more streamlined than before the remodel. Way less chaotic. Staff is fast and efficient.

The stuff that helped me he was very rude. I asked for copy to print and he had so much attitude not polite. I don’t recommend this kind of attitude.

I had a lot of Amazon returns and Eric was very patient helping me with each one. He did not rush me and even assisted in getting one tricky return processed. They do a good job with the high daily volume they get.

Always delayed shipments. They dont answer the phone ever, nor will they help with any package that is out with a driver so expect to add a few days or choose another location/service

Probably by far the worst ups store I’ve ever encountered. Disrespectful workers. No courtesy at all. Not helpful at all. Will never be coming back here and would recommend others to stay away as well.
