“EDIT: The owner reached out to me, scheduled a technician to come out, and brought me replacements for both the washer and dryer! He apologized about the way I was treated and agreed that this was unacceptable. Great guy for reaching out and making this right. I will definitely continue to shop here in the future.Spent 500 bucks on a GE Washer and dryer, top load. Got home, an hour away, plugged the dryer in and it didn't work. Called and complained and they told me I could bring it all the way back to have it fixed and that was my only option. I investigated the issue myself and found the start button to be bad. Fixed that, hooked up the washer, and discovered that the hot water doesn't work. Ran an empty load with cold water before I tried to wash clothes, and you wouldn't believe the nasty gunk in the tub after only 5 min of washing (picture attached) I have several other appliances I will be shopping for in the near future and it definitely won't be from here. It's ridiculous to have to drive 2 hours round trip, plus possibly having to leave it behind to get repaired and then have to come back again to pick up items that you just purchased. You would think these things would be thoroughly cleaned and tested before sold but they obviously are not.UPDATE: the second wash in and the machine will not fill up with water. Fills for 5 seconds then stops. When you open then close the top it will fill for an additional 5 seconds then stop. Filled manually so i could finish this load and then discover it also doesnt spin, so now my bedding is wet and cant dry it. This all should have been discovered if the items were actually tested before being sold”

“This store is a great location, is usually well stocked and ALWAYS has friendly/helpful staff every time I've shown u at this location. This is the store I visit if I'm looking for specific popular/sought after items that the store near me doesn't carry. This store is usually pretty well stocked like I said above, although the last couple visits here the store has been pretty barren (of certain items) like the other stores, or they get picked clean before I get there, which is so irritating when it happens multiple times. Other then that Its a great store ?”

“This is a new store. It opened about 3 months ago. They are still putting up merchandise but they currently have Halloween items and some Christmas items. They also have groceries, kitchenware, rugs, furniture, appliances, toys and much more. The quality of the merchandise varies depending on what your purchasing. They do carry brand name items as well as discounted items.
The cashier's are helpful and courteous. The store is orderly and clean.”
“I like this store alot! I wish they had one in sterling. It offers you everything you need from your closet, home goods , outdoors, electronics the list goes on. Its like a perfect combination of Ross, Burlington, Marshall's and a fashion outlet all in one. I specifically went for scrubs ( and they have ALOT) high recommend if in the area or looking for your work attire.”
“Very friendly and helpful employees. With a wide selection of items often changes daily so you have to keep checking but you can definitely find what you're looking for or what you didn't even know you were looking for most of the time for a reasonable price”

“I had a great experience here. I mean literally, every thing is $1.25. Insane to me. Got so many good deals. This place is amazing! From tissue paper to dog snacks to aluminum foil…$1.25!!! This place is awesome. I’ll definitely include it in my regular rotation for sure! Nice, friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for everyday items. Great place!”

“I have been to at least 6 of these in 3 states. I love them. The open hours are a bit off, but this one did change for the better. The items are priced a bit high and many are dirty. The windows are very dirty. Glass doors are crazy high. Cabinets are priced too high.”
