“The Postal Worker at this station goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Considering she is the only person, she handles the workflow and lines with the utmost in professionalism. I wish it was a larger station with more staffing, but they are working with limited space at the mall.”
“These people work their tails off during holiday seasons, and rarely get to let up during the rest of the year. Amazingly, even with all of the traffic, the facilities remain clean and orderly, mail tends to get distributed on time, and wall slots are usually clear. Parking is always ample.
There is, unfortunately, no automated postage machine in the lobby, so any packages to be mailed after hours have to have already gone through weighing and registration online. We're hopeful that a recent automated check-in counter for such packages will lead to a full automation machine in the future-- if only to take some of the burden off of the postal workers behind the desk!
This location does close for an hour during lunch, so don't come then with the expectation of an open lobby.
