“Always had a wonderful experience with this post office! Never had any issues and I used them 4-8 times a month. I miss being close to this location - phenomenal staff. Never lost any parcel.”

“The Postal Worker at this station goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Considering she is the only person, she handles the workflow and lines with the utmost in professionalism. I wish it was a larger station with more staffing, but they are working with limited space at the mall.”

“We always use this post office for our small business shippings. We are always helped with the few times we go there and it’s about to close. Very helpful and kind front counter.”
“I had the pleasure of having Melissa assist me with getting my fingerprints scanned here for an FBI background check. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. Her service was night and day compared to other USPS I tried first, that had little to almost no patience for me and only let me try very few times to get the prints accepted by the machine before giving up and turning me away to refer me to another place that wanted to charge me $125 which is over twice the amount USPS charges. Plus the person at the first USPS was a bit snarky and rude. But anyways I’m glad things worked out at this other USPS in Spotsylvania. Melissa really made my day by helping me get it right, and it seemed she had better knowledge on how to work the fingerprint machine than the first person I went to at the other USPS. THANK YOU SO MUCH MELISSA!!”
