Barnes & Noble is a clean, well-organized, and nice store with a good size and a nice atmosphere. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The store has a great children's book section, as well as toys and games. There is a Starbucks inside where people can sit, relax, and enjoy the scene. Customers enjoy it as a real book store. Many find the staff super friendly, helpful, polite, and nice, contributing to a positive vibe. However, some note that staff can sometimes watch customers like a hawk and do not speak unless approached at checkout. The store offers a smooth and quick experience for online order pick-up. While customers love the set-up and selection, some would like to see more books on sale, especially in genres like romance, graphic novels, manga, sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, and thriller. Currently, most sale books are children's books, toys, and books on meditation, spells, witchcraft, ancient history, and cookbooks.

Organized, clean, so many fun things. Puzzles, word puzzle/mind game books, lots of STEAM toys and games for kids, coloring books, all the things toys and books you would enjoy! Love it.
