“We spilled our hot drink at the café and made quite a mess, but the two ladies working there were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly cleaned the table and floor, gave us a new drink for free, and even brought us more magazines to browse through while we relaxed.
There was absolutely no judgment from them ; they made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. We truly appreciated their assistance and kindness. We have never experienced such amazing customer service before. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one!”
