I am a plus size girl and didn’t think the store would have anything for me to try on. But I ended up finding an awesome dress which fit. I got all the feelings they talked about and started to cry. So I said yes to the dress!Since I wasn’t planning to buy a dress that day I didn’t have an entourage with me. Thank goodness for the wedding consultant, Najoua. She was so lovely. Sweet personality. She even let me hug her at the end. Recommend you ask for her when you make your appointment.”

“Compared to the party city in Springfield VA, this place is clean and the staff is nice. The only con is I ordered balloons with a solution that was supposed make them last longer but they started to deflate within 12 hours.”

He explained how to choose good quality diamonds and bands while showing lots of examples from his vast collection. We were able to customize all aspects of our rings to get exactly what my wife had always dreamed of. The one-on-one attention with Anthony made us feel at ease, and he doesn't employ high-pressure sales tactics like many traditional jewelry stores. My wife gets complimented on her ring everywhere we go, and it just exudes quality. We couldn't be happier.”

They put so much for the time, energy, effort, and love into my gown and experience. After frantically calling many big box stores in the DMV trying to get a tux in two days, I lucky connected with Ed who guaranteed I'd be able to walk out with a rental the next day.Besides having that kind of inventory, Ed was extremely kind, funny and professional as he fitted me and explained how everything worked. Do yourself a favor and call Ed at Anthony's before wasting time shopping anywhere else!”

“This was the tenth and final bridal boutique I visited on my seemingly endless quest to find the perfect dress and I was welcomed to a beautiful, serene, wonderful salon filled with intelligent and experienced staff. The dress selection has a wide range although I wanted something pretty classic. I finally found the dress of my dreams and entrusted Zena with the alterations and she is a WIZARD. She expertly altered my intricate and delicate lace topper (how??) and was an absolute genius with my "invisible" bustle. The dress and bustle were strong on the day-of and everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you EBR!”

“I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this place is worth one! This place may seem small but the staff have large hearts. Their selection is amazing, well made, and truly deserves the title boutique. I truly wanted to to yes to one of the amazing dresses that only seemed to get better, but I couldn’t without having the chance to show my mother. I didn’t want to spoil my future fiancés (he pulled a ring from the safe) plans to ask my parents shortly so I perhaps the dress I wanted will be there when the time is right and it will be meant to be!”

“I had an amazing experience at Elegance by Roya Bridal. I initially made a visit to the Tysons location and was directed to the Old Town Alexandria location as it was provided that they had a larger selection of dresses. When I arrived, I was immediately in awe of the space - the smell, the aesthetic. (I even got great parking right out in front). I was directed to the front desk where I was welcomed by warm smiles and immediately got started with my bridal stylist, Emily. Fortunately, Emily only had one appointment at the time and as such, she was able to exclusively dedicate her attention to me. Emily quickly understood what I was looking for a dress, and she pulled amazing gowns for me. Having tried on dresses before, I had a firm understanding on what I was looking for and everything Emily put me in was spot on - I had many options! I ultimately decided on a perfect dress that I adored and said Yes! I checked out with some add ons and will be doing my alterations at this location as well. The overall experience was amazing! Dress selection is stunning and you feel like a girlfriend is helping you. I can't wait to go back to begin alterations.”

“I was recommended by my friend to bring my bridesmaid dress in to be hemmed and taken in. They did such a great job! I couldn't tell where any alterations were made and the dress fit so well. I was able to pick up the dress within two weeks of dropping it off and both visits to the shop were quick and easy.”

“There aren't enough wonderful things I could say about my experience with Marie & Serki!! I live in San Diego but was in VA for a work conference. I didn't love any of the dresses I had tried back home, so I thought I'd take a shot at trying a few dresses during my lunch break! I called Global Bridal and they told me to come on in.. “We took my son's first birthday photos here. They were very professional and polite. We rented hanboks for the photo shoot. Their collection of hanboks are very nice. They let us come in prior to photo shoot day to pick out our hanboks. During the photo shoot, they tried their best to make my son smile. They seemed very experienced with taking baby photos. Everything went well, and the photos came out great. I highly recommend this place if you want to rent hanbok or get some nice photos. I will be coming back when we have another occasion for special photos!!”

“I've known I wanted to shop for a dress at Anthropologie for over a decade, ever since I walked into one as a teenager and fell in love with the dresses hanging up around the space. Sarah was our bridal stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and attentive, she really made me feel special and made sure to check in with me and figure out exactly what I liked and didn't. We tried in seven dresses total, and I ended up trying two again, all within the hour-long session. I honestly had no expectations coming in, I thought I'd try a few on and then come back for a second appointment. But I'm so excited to say I found the perfect dress for my elopement. The one I chose ended up around $1300, which was a great price for how gorgeous and well made the dress is. We bought before we left and it was back ordered, so I should get it in a few weeks! Thank you to Sarah and the entire Anthropologie team, it was such a fun, easy experience and all of the dresses are so gorgeous.”

“Mina did an amazing job with my ao dai! I received so many compliments on it at my engagement dinner from both my own guests and strangers that I came across throughout the day. The fit was perfect (the lower half of my body is quite wide, and I have a hard time finding pants--the pants were totally comfortable!) and the color was just what I asked for. The hat even fit my head! I can never get a hat to fit my head lollll. Mina said that the ao dai would be completed in 2 months, and it was (to my surprise) *exactly* 2 months lol. I really appreciate how responsive she was to my messages throughout the process and how helpful she was while I was shopping for both ao dai and western-style wedding dresses.
