About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at the Philadelphia Airport location has received mixed reviews, but many customers have had positive experiences.
The location is described as small, being situated inside the lobby of a hotel, but it is said to be sufficient and convenient. The staff are frequently praised for being friendly, helpful, and efficient, with quick check-in and check-out processes.
Several customers have rented a variety of vehicles, including SUVs, for both local and long-distance trips, and have been satisfied with the condition and performance of the cars. One customer was particularly impressed with receiving a brand new 2023 Chevy Suburban with low mileage.
Despite some negative reviews, many customers have found the service at this Budget Car Rental location to be excellent. The staff have been accommodating, such as allowing a customer to submit photos of pre-existing damage and giving an extra day to return rented car seats. Overall, the majority of customers have had a great experience and would recommend renting from this location.

Great experience, the women who worked there was so helpful in getting the car I needed ready for me. It was very nice and thoroughly clean! Would book here again if needed. Also note: the Car rental desk is past the front Comfort inn lobby, go to the end of the hallway and then turn left.

I had amazing experience. Britney stayed after hours to help my family get a car for the trip we were going on. Our car broke down along the way and we needed a car in a pinch. They saved our vacation. When I returned the car, a guy named Heni was so friendly and helped us with a smile. Great place.

Birtukan was extremely helpful in explaining the rental process accommodating my tardiness in picking up my rental and overall pleasant disposition as she manned the desk alone.
Thank you Birtukan and I look Forward to working with you again!
