“Have rented from this location numerous times in the past 2 yrs -- SUVs to drive to Minn & Fla, plus locally when my car was being repaired. No car issues & always clean. Staff are friendly & helpful. Reserved cars are a quick check-in/-out. Office is very small, inside lobby of a hotel, but sufficient (better than being isolated from other busn that may be open/closed).”

“I recently discovered there is an Avis/Budget rental office within the Holiday Inn. I only rent from Avis and previously traveled to National airport to rent for work and personal use. No airport fees at this location and one-on-one interaction with friendly staff. It is a great experience and I cannot say enough in recommending this location. I only wish I would have found out years ago. If you are a tourist or a local and need a rental in the Springfield, VA, area, this is the place to go.”
