“The second I walked into this store, I felt like I was at a family reunion, minus the weird uncle. Miss Kathy greeted me right away and showed me around like I was the VIP of retail. I told her I wasn’t a secret shopper (because if I was, it wouldn’t be a secret anymore, right?) and we both laughed ?
The store looked amazing—jeans folded so perfectly I was scared to touch them, shirts stacked like they were in Jenga but somehow better. It actually gave me flashbacks to my old retail job in NYC, except this was way more fun and less… folding.
Thanks to Kathy, I walked out with jeans and a varsity jacket that make me feel cooler than I probably am. Honestly, 10/10 experience. If retail had Dundies, this store would win “Best Customer Service. Thanks ? for your help!”
“Rubina Aunty is one of the best tailors in Virginia! I had taken my wedding outfits to so many tailors in NJ and they all got messed up. After going to her, she fixed everything perfectly in less than a week and even did same day alterations for some things. Cant recommend her enough!”

“I had a long day at work and finally got off for the weekend. It was just your ordinary Friday. Grocery store, stop at the liquor store, hit the 711 and then set out to find some entertainment. Ever since the Hollywood Video near my house and HBO lost touch with its “true audience” I haven’t had the best luck finding what I like. They say you can find everything your heart desires online using the internet but I don’t know how to use any of that fancy stuff. Amber Lynn, Tracey Adams, Torri Welles, Candy Evans, Jennifer Jones, you name her, they got them. I can’t wait for next weekend”
“Great clothes and customer service. Lady manager always helps me out with finding jeans and doing exchanges, overall nice patient people. Been shopping here for awhile now since closer than Tysons and not so packed, only complaint is that their music never seems to change, I’m sure the workers have gone insane or on their way. Like someone mentioned before, no Christmas music during holidays was a bit sad.”

“I’ve read some of these reviews and have a hard time believing there isn’t more to the story behind the bad ones. I love this H&M location because it’s soooo organized and the customer service is excellent! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, they were able to quickly locate an item for me that I saw on the website.
Having worked retail in the past I know lines can be an issue for any store but I don’t know how people expect a store to stay clean (which this one always is when I’ve been in) if every worker is at the register.”
