“Exceptional service from The Hive. I was looking for a coat made by Emerson Fry; someone online mentioned they saw the coat at this location. I live in East Tennessee, so I called on the phone. I spoke to Lilly and she was the sweetest! She went and checked if the coat was in stock and explained how it fit. I asked if there were any sales happening and she told me about their Cyber Monday deals. I ended up getting the coat for 30% off. The coat was shipped the very next day. “This Ross is a great spot to find the hottest and latest trends that you will not see yourself going or coming. The bedding and housewarming is neatly arranged. The jewelry is underrated. The MK white watch i got out of here was lovely. The leopard and skull earrings were so overlooked that I came back two months later and purchased them which was only $8.00 a bargain find you will not get elsewhere. The lines can be long but worth it. The loss prevention security officers are personable and friendly. The Asian manager was respectful, kind and listened to the bargaining of a price markdown on an horse statue with broken ears. I got for half price and I love it. I've also purchased a Juicy Coutour black rug that was beautiful and bedding to match. Only paying $64. A great bargain and it's very pretty.”
