“Exceptional service from The Hive. I was looking for a coat made by Emerson Fry; someone online mentioned they saw the coat at this location. I live in East Tennessee, so I called on the phone. I spoke to Lilly and she was the sweetest! She went and checked if the coat was in stock and explained how it fit. I asked if there were any sales happening and she told me about their Cyber Monday deals. I ended up getting the coat for 30% off. The coat was shipped the very next day.
