They answered the phone, asked me to hold, and never came back. Tried calling several more times and nobody picked up. Same issue in-person - they are not held to the same standard of courtesy as other Costco employees. Had to buy tires elsewhere.

Unfortunately they were light staffed and only had 2 techs took forever even with an appt. They do good work once they get to it.
