I asked three shoe associates for a size that they all confirmed was available but no one would get the shoe. They kept diverting and getting shoes for other people. It was wild. Took me like twenty minutes to get the right size.

The communication regarding my order status was timely and clear, making the process smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the efficiency and support provided. One area for improvement would be the store’s availability of more, in store, inclusive sizing options for women; that would enhance my shopping experience.

Very convenient location. Easy to park and run in for a pre-game need. We'll stocked on inventory. Golf shop has always had good friendly service. Check out line moves quick enough. My go to sporting goods store.

Came here with my boyfriend so he can make a return. My boyfriend was standing at the register and clearly stated “I would like to make a return”. Estefania, the cashier, completely ignored him as she was too busy chit chatting with her coworkers. Estefania proceeded to scan his desired return item as if he was making a purchase. When my boyfriend double checked and asked “Wait this is a return, right?”, Estefania thought it was appropriate to start rudely yelling in my boyfriend’s face saying “You never said you wanted to make a return and you never gave me a receipt!” Then flashed me a look as if I was going to agree with her rudeness. The second she walked away, I loudly stated how unnecessarily rude she was (she definitely heard me and I’m sure her manager did too), because she came back and pretended to be the nicest cashier ever as if she didn’t just scream in my boyfriend’s face for no reason. As someone who worked in customer service in the past, even IF a customer never said they wanted a return, I would’ve never spoken to them like that or YELLED in their face. Just because you can’t listen properly to your customers since you’re too busy gossiping with coworkers doesn’t mean it’s okay to gaslight, disrespect, and embarrass customers simply trying to make a return. Estefania didn’t seem to care about her job or any customers while being rude until her manager caught her, then she wants to play innocent like she’s scared to lose her job. “Have a nice day! 😊” after screaming in someone’s face is insane.

It’s that time of the year again when the kiddos need summer clothes. I decided to check out the Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Springfield, VA. First, there was a ton of parking, both open and covered garage. Space with charging stations as well within walking distance of the front entrance. The store itself is enormous, with so many diff areas depending on your shopping needs. This particular store location has both bikes and fishing, camping gear. Not all store have that section. The clothing selection was vast, and the number of store associates who approached me asking if I needed assistance was awesome. There was very experienced cashier, “Ada” that took care of me. Within minutes I was greeted, checked out and all tags and sensors were removed. Would also recommend the sales associate with the black/green hair. She helped me find the “ONE” pair of shorts that my son requested that was in the store. Totally rate this shopping experience a 10/10 for overall shopping experience, customer service, restroom cleanliness, and store appearances. If you need sporting goods, please check out the Springfield, VA store, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Misty the cashier has extraordinary customer service, I came in looking for football eye black and she went above and beyond to help me find it and the different variations. Beautiful smile as well to complement her wonderful personality.

Worst customer experience I have experienced at a store to date. I came in to get new golf club grips, as I had been taking lessons and my coach said it was time as mine had gotten worn down. I explained that I had sweaty hands and would like the best option for me and went with their first recommendation (gold pride tour wrap 2G). Turns out any research tells you these are the absolute worst grips for any kind of wet weather and terrible for sweaty hands. They were unusable for me and when I went back to explain my situation was told that all grips are bad for sweaty hands and that normal people do not have a problem with what they sold me. 1. Thanks for making me feel bad about my sweaty hands 2. There are definitely grips made for still have traction when wet. 3. I wanted to buy new grips still if any recourse or an apology was offered but that never crossed the mangers mind. I had to go to another store to replace the new grips I just installed and this store’s manager laughed out loud when I explained the grips I was sold. Thanks for lighting my money on fire. Dick’s will not have my business going forward

Bought a volleyball but less than a week later the seams tore, so Roderick immediately gave me a new ball and the other associate inflated it for me. Appreciate the customer service, I’ll be back!

The staff are always very nice and helpful at this store. But I'm still a little disappointed by the lack of hockey skate Otherwise its a nice store, very clean, by the way.
