Bought a volleyball but less than a week later the seams tore, so Roderick immediately gave me a new ball and the other associate inflated it for me. Appreciate the customer service, I’ll be back!

The staff are always very nice and helpful at this store. But I'm still a little disappointed by the lack of hockey skate Otherwise its a nice store, very clean, by the way.

The shoe department have no idea what their products actually are. I’ve seen them try to sell basketball shoes as running shoes, stand around and talk to one another while there’s a line of customers waiting, and worst of all, they mock the customers on the way back to the shoe room. I heard 3 of them mocking a sweet older man who was just wanting to get shoes.This store is horrific. Stay far away.

Staff had 0 clue where any of the items I asked were. Manager was rude and spoke down to customer in front of me.

- place seems to have lots of items I'm looking for.- staff are normally pretty friendly.- place for o most part is clean and organized.- prices are hit or miss here, some things are overpriced.- overall not a horrible experience shopping here.

Decently clean and well organized but the service in the shoe section is atrocious. They don’t have anybody actively working in the area and they get just have this weird kiosk you use to order shoe sizes from that’s service is really slow. Poorly designed system, especially if you’re in a hurry or need advice on a shoe selection

Justin in shoes was most helpful to me as Jair was in customer service! I don't do a lot of shopping for sporting goods but Justim helped me get my granddaughters birthday gift which I appreciated so much!

I am sooo impressed by the level of customer service I received while in the store yesterday. My 7 year old son is starting baseball for the first time, and I had no clue how to fit a helmet or glove. The manager Juan could see that I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. He took the time to walk me through all the items I needed and helped my son fit for his shoes, gloves, and a bat. Another very lovely associate helped with the helmet, but I did not get her name. So thankful for Juan’s help! This is my official Dick’s Sporting Goods now!

There was almost no one working on the back of the store bike area. Other than that, the kids were able to ride the bikes around b4 we purchased it.

I experienced a total lack of customer service in this store. The employees l approached for help just didn't want to be bothered and either disappeared or stood around doing nothing. This was my first ( and last) time going to this location. I would never attempt to shop here again.
