“Used to be a Rite Aid, so it’s really big! One of the nicer Dollar Tree locations I’ve been too, it’s pretty clean, organized, and pretty well stocked.
Only downside is that there’s very limited options with products, not a lot of variety despite it being such a big store.”
“Items are now $1.25.But prices have gone up on everything. It is clean and organized. It is on the bigger side so there a lot of options. Parking is a bit of a mess because it is next door to PetSmart. But overall the store is one of the best Dollar trees I have been too.”

“Generally a good store, but it was freezing inside! Not sure if their heat was out or what, but 20 mins shopping inside and I had to check out quickly to leave—brrrrr! Got some fun holiday decor items though.”
“I love Dollar Tree so I have been to MANY across northern Virginia. But this is by FAR the cleanest, friendliest, most professional and welcoming Dollar Tree I have ever been to. They never disappoint and Rae is the STAR of this dollar tree! She is amazing with the customers, her professionalism is incredible, and her passion for ensuring that the store is always immaculate is a main reason I will go out of my way to come here.”

“If I could give this Dollar Tree a TEN I would. The staff are polite and helpful, pleasant, kind. The effort their team puts in to leveling up their shelves is awesome. I took time to read other reviews. Yes I have seen things others wrote about but lets be clear about where fault lies. Customers. The shelves are a product of Customers not the staff and of the Commonwealth immigrant policies that have shifted Clientele from those who clean up after themselves to a clientele who does not and who leave their children run up and down the aisles making messes. My heart goes out to the staff left to clean up on top of their normal responsibilities. I know personally I do my best to return an item to where I picked it out if I decide against it.
As for the homeless people? Not the Dollar Stores fault. That falls on to the people you voted in to office. Tell them.
I love the treasures I find there and buy there. I give the staff a ten out of ten for putting up with bad customers. Be mindful when you post bad reviews. Look at what the reality is before hitting click.”
“There was one cashier open and the lady was ordering some balloons so she had stop from cashier to go and blow up the lazy balloons Evelyn de if I'm pronouncing her name right she stepped in and was like yo let me fill the balloons and you step over back to the cash register and take care of them folks in the line right there I just want to recognize her amazing management skills.”

“Definitely one of the best meals I've had in a long time! Very great service. I would have to say this place is not called Dollar Train & Carry Out. The official name is Bailey's Market & Carryout. It's a combination of general grocery store and restaurant in the back. I have to tell you this is one of the cleanest and orderly stores I've been into in a while. The store had a very nice and clean feel. I ordered my dinner there which was grilled chicken with rice and beans. Went way over what I was expecting. I highly recommend this place for a quick dinner, you won't walk away disappointed. When I talk about a plate they give you a PLATE. Be prepared to use some High School Spanish, come with the friend that speaks spanish, or use a translator. However, the staff is wonderful and friendly and will probably help you find anything you need. Keep up the great work!”
“You can save some money shopping in this store. But what I don't like about them is that they never let you use their bathroom. And the employees barely speak English”

First time seeing such dollar tree locations with shelves full and mind you we went there half hour before closing, any other location would be mess and empty but this one, beautiful. I went for one item but got 12 items and there were so many more things to explore. Keep it up associates, excellent job. “I had to take the time out to express a thank you to the cashier Tiffany. This woman is phenomenal. Her line was backed up and the only cashier since I've been going to dollar tree who always keeps a smile and shows the upmost respect. I needed help looking for a fan for my mother and when I asked another female associate who was stocking shelves she was very rude and told me I needed to look for it myself. Tiffany's line was backed up and was kind enough to stop what she was doing to guide me to what I was looking for.
People like her is what you need in customer service.Thank you Tiffany for being so patient and kind. You were amazing.”
“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.

“FD Very friendly staff, The Road Construction made it tricky to get in here but you can route to the back of the Plaza safely.Enter the back of the platform this means Peking Express in Fatu United.The door for family dollar is clearly marked.It is a little narrow and there is nowhere back there to turn around,So when I was here I could not enter from Longview Dr due to Road Construction, I couldn't go straight into the Plaza. A few blocks down passed to the car dealerships there is a traffic light that'll give you a green arrow and is more than wide enough to make a Uturn.On the way back through, I was not very confident. I could make the right term with the cement. Barriers on too long view Drive into the plaza. So instead I went down to Mt Pleasant Dr, turned right and then right again into the Plaza. Drove down to the Longview Dr end of the Plaza and there is more than enough space to make a wide left turn to get yourself set up to enter the back of the Plaza, as I said before, between Peking Express and Fatu United.Uploaded a few pictures of the back of the Plaza, hope it helps.Just a side note. Apparently some of the neighbors like to threaten the drivers with having you towed if you block the pathway to the back of the Plaza in any way so that ppl can't drive through. I was told my the Family Dollar staff to just ignore them.”
“I always enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. You really can’t beat the prices—almost everything is just $1.25, and it’s perfect for basic household items, party supplies, snacks, and even seasonal decorations.

“This is the Dollar Tree I visit frequently in the DMV area. It is organized, convenient, and always has items I like. Staff is always helpful. The selection there is always good and there is always new & interesting products.
On my latest visit, I picked up hardcover guided journal books, novel & unique Días des Muertas cosmetics, red eyeshadow stick, butterfly & rose stickers, and perfume atomizers . I was informed of a price scanner in the back and was excited about using it for the first time in the Dollar Tree. Overall, I was impressed by the items I selected in this store.”

“This store has DEFINITELY been a challenge , not being from the area . Since I’ve been here , I’ve been treated every kind of way , from good to bad . Of the 8 years I’ve been employed with the company this last month has been everything from a blessing to a curse of hurt , humiliation , and embarrassment . To the comment below from Ms Joanne Caballero and her family , it’s distasteful to see how you and her family can’t hold themselves accountable for an incident that could have been avoided if they weren’t 1. Running through the store playing and 2. If they weren’t passively aggressively accusing me of “stealing” a phone ? Your cousin ? Didn’t just causally drop his phone . You’re consistently stating false claims without holding them accountable and still stating these things for the public like we don’t have cameras to show exactly what transpired 7.23.25 . Not only did I “find” the phone you’re accusing me of stealing , that was lost while your family was running and playing through the store , you , your family , the cameras and the coworkers , watched as I got on my hands and knees to retrieve the phone that fell under one of the end caps . But you didn’t see that cause you were probably too busy creating your own narrative, no worries , the camera saw that too .so You checked everywhere in the store but the area where he was running and playing ?Nice. You didn’t know where he dropped it cause they weren’t being supervised, right ? So instead of trying to continuously tear a woman down through all your false claims, hold yourself and your family accountable . Accept the fact that you can’t just blame things on someone else. you refuse to hold your family accountable for their actions while in a public setting , but there are cameras , and someone’s always watching. So you guys do better . Be better . I don’t think anyone appreciates being blamed for something like that . I was just as embarrassed and humiliated . But that doesn’t matter compared to a preteens feelings , right ? Yes do better .”
“I have been coming to the Falls Church Dollar Tree for the last 3 years. I am a teacher. Before, many shelves were empty.
Since the young man Tamim Omari started working there, the store is much better. He is tall and very kind. He helped me many times. I buy books and pens for my son.
He does a great job and deserves more respect.
