Unsafe, Unhelpful, Utterly Unacceptable
Fire alarm started going off during our stay and the front desk staff actively ignored multiple guests who reported smelling smoke in the stairwells and told us we were overreacting. The woman pictured dismissed us, saying, "we have housekeeping on the third floor, we would know if there was a fire, you can go back to your rooms." It wasn't until other panicked staff members came downstairs due to the smoke that the front desk chose to take the situation seriously.
Even after the fire department arrived and got the situation under control, there was no apology or remorse from the front desk for failing to ensure the building was safe before telling people to go back to their rooms.
If you want to stay at a hotel with a staff that cares, look elsewhere, these people don't want to lift a finger.

Found the management of the restaurant, bar and dining all around to be horrendous. Unfortunately, it was a key point for a reason booking here as we didn’t want to venture off site… There was one server wondering around randomly taking orders while a wedding venue was happening and guests were attempting to order food/beverages, but no one was servicing the bar. Overall, they should’ve just shut down their dinning if they were understaffed rather than giving guests free beverage certificates to go to a bar that wasn’t even staffed… creating ultimate confusion.
Additionally, the room service option was unavailable, the TV didn’t work, and the microwave in the suite did not work.

I recently hosted an event at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield on October 19, 2024, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The event was riddled with issues that made it a frustrating experience for all involved.
Firstly, the overall management of the event left much to be desired. The event manager, a male staff member, seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the responsibilities of the day. When we inquired about the menu and the arrangements for food, he appeared completely clueless, often mixing up the details.
Appetizers were served at inappropriate times, leaving guests waiting and confused about when they could expect their meals. It felt as though the timing and coordination were haphazard at best.
Additionally, the venue was uncomfortably warm, and when we requested that the air conditioning be turned on, the manager's response was dismissive. It was unclear whether he genuinely did not understand our request or simply lacked the willingness to help. Either way, it contributed to an atmosphere that was far from welcoming.
Overall, this event was a disappointing experience, largely due to poor management. I hope that future events at the Embassy Suites can learn from these missteps to provide a more seamless and enjoyable experience for their guests.

Daily parking is 15$ daily. Limited parking on weekends when they have weddings and party’s..I spent 30 min circling the hotel for parking on a Saturday night. Newly renovated, clean rooms and modern..Breakfast buffet A+. 8 min easy drive to the Starbucks, mall, wegmans. Silver diner…Hotel floor plan is basically an “L” shape..If you have problems walking, request a room close to elevator..access to gym/pool elevator is on 2nd floor..

Please stop here for the night we stayed once before and it was excellent beds with comfortable and very clean however this time the air conditioner in the room did not work in fact it was flowing out heat and in the middle of the night my dog almost had a heart attack from the heat since she has lots of hair and we were forced to call the front desk several different times finally I got a woman named Kendra who is very super helpful and switched our room it was in the middle of night so we didn't get much sleep and we had to be up early to be on the road I do think Kendra for all she has done the second room was a little better as far as the air conditioning I believe they need to upgrade the AC units in this hotel other than that is a perfect hotel other than $15 parking fee their breakfast is 2nd to none many different options and fresh made to order options and it is pet friendly which I also appreciate I appreciate Kendra for switching our room in the middle of the night if you like I see though this is not the hotel for you LOL

Great location, easy in and out and close to what we needed. Rooms are very clean, Beds are low to the ground and very soft..my only complaint. People at breakfast were wonderful, very kind and asked if you needed anything. We will definitely be back when we return.

Front desk: generation on the phone I really don't care, I get paid anyway. They gave me the you have to pay if you want to check in early. They said they didn't have a lobby microwave. It took 10 minutes to have someone change the channel to watch the Alabama game.?

We stopped here for the night after an exhausting couple days of traveling. We didn’t get in until 11 pm and so we were exhausted and just looking for a clean, quiet place to crash. This place exceeded our expectations! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was super clean, and it was quiet! We crashed and got a great night of sleep. Breakfast the next morning was decent, lots of options. Staff was very friendly. Just an all around great experience, we were so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this property! It is GORGEOUS inside and out, very modern and style decor inside. Super clean throughout all areas. The front desk and lobby staff were so friendly, welcoming and informative and check in was a breeze!
The rooms are 10/10, very comfortable, spacious and smell impeccable. The bar/restaurant and breakfast are top notch as well. You really do feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. The GM has done a great job with this property and ensuring guests are content throughout the whole experience!
