“My first time visit was August 2023, and it was A GREAT EXPERIENCE. There were good and plenty parking options, including handicap parking option. The medical office is on the ground level and is clean and well lit. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and competent. Medical provider Dr. Bishwakarma was FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, CALM, COMPETENT, COMMUNICATES CLEARLY and LISTENS WELL. He listens patiently and calmly and is very respectful when answering my questions. He spent more time communicating with me directly instead of looking at the computer (unlike some of the other medical providers I came to encounter in previous healthcare visits in other places). Recommendations and options were explained clearly with compassion and respect. This is the type of medical team that clearly delivers A GREAT SERVICE.”
“Friendly staff they care about your well being they excel everything doctor office related. I love this doctor's office they are more friendly compared to other offices I have been. However I would like to have more interactions with the doctor of the office I never even met the doctor, I only met the staff such as the Padeedeh.
I am just being honest. I remember when I was a kid I used to have a doctor named Dr chemma him and his wife had their own shared practice in Falls Church Seven Corners, and they would always interact with their patients; even if the PA was going to handle treatment they would always come in and say hello. Sadly this doctor retired many years ago.”
“From the moment I walked in I was in pain and on a schedule. Only 30 min to have my appointment and get back to my own clients. The front desk people got me going, staff brought me right into a room . MD came in no nonsense gave me the diagnosis and script. I got back to my office in time to see the rest of my patients. Now that is personal medical and excellent service .”
“I have been to this patient first many times over the past two years. The doctors and staff who check you in are excellent. I have not been impressed with some of the other healthcare professionals (e.g., one of the people who did my X-ray and a few people who draw blood). Having said that, I have witnessed exceptional care and compassion over the years. One time, I waited for well over an hour (might've been 2) with a horrible sore throat. A month or two later, I received a letter in the mail from Patient First acknowledging the long wait time and apologizing. It very much depends on the staff, but overall, I think you're likely to receive quality care.”
“This is the best urgent care that I’ve ever been to, the doctors and the staff are excellent, very educated and everyone is super friendly, the place looks super clean. If I ever need to visit the urgent the care, this is for sure the place that I will go to. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff for the great experience they provide to their patients.”
“Amazing experience! Monica was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we scheduled our appointment. Tanya was very professional, caring, and thorough during our examination. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. We also really appreciated their honesty. Instead of charging us more for a service that could be done elsewhere at a lower cost, they kindly directed us to another provider. That level of honesty and integrity is rare and truly appreciated. “I used to go to allcare! But last time I got sick I came here as a walk-in and they got me seen right away. I came back today with a scheduled appointment and again they saw me at my scheduled time and didn’t take up my whole day. I hope this urgent care never goes anywhere. They are amazing!!!”
“Usually walk in clinics have extremely poor reviews but as you can see AllCare doesn’t. They are quite different from what I’ve experienced in alternate Dr visits. I was in and out quickly and everyone was friendly and efficient. The waiting room is clean and crisp.”

“I had a great experience here. First, the place is spotless and new, with a bright spacious waiting area with comfy chairs. I showed up right at closing time and they were so nice and took me back anyway. Karolyn was so sweet and helpful, explained everything about my collection sample and process; I never felt rushed and had a very nice visit. Will definitely go back.”

“This is my Primary practice for health care. I have been a patient here for almost 3 years. The office is orderly, the staff is efficient and i have yet to wait more than 10 mins to be seen by my primary. They have made appropriate referrals and while they get busy at times, they make sure you are treated with respect.
