We stayed at the hotel on 12/1 for a birthday party event held at the hotel for my daughter.The hotel team were incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Things have improve 100%I stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and the rooms were old and not kept. This time, I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel and the service. The hotel value for the money is superb. Great job hotel management for the changes. Appreciate the team as they are doing a great job specially the event servers and the team that sets up the table and chairs etc. Jessica, the event sales person was very helpful and friendly.I can’t say enough about the great experience.The location is perfect, lots of great shopping and restaurants is only 10 min from DCA airport.

This is my choice of hotel when I am in Springfield, VA. The location is very convenient to everything. Springfield Mall is right across the street within walking distance. What I love the most is that they let me get in the room early when I happened to arrive too early. Kudos to Hilton and my choice of hotel.Rooms: The rooms are cleaned and comfortable.Walkability: The Springfield Mall is right across the street.Food & drinks: Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Unfortunately I will never stay here again. First, both yesterday afternoon and this morning, the 3 elevators were out of operation. The hotel had to use the service elevator. I spent more time waiting for a ride.. the 10th floor is too many stairs for me. Next, my cold shower this morning was very invigorating, but not what I would expect from a hotel. I am glad the room was warm as cold showers are not what I would expect. I think any hotel close will be my next stop. Oh, did forget to mention the poor restaurant?Food & drinks: Terrible.

Nice hotel. Staff was very nice. Room was updated and comfortable. Only one elevator was working which made it a wait to get to the bottom floor every morning.

This Hotel was not what I expected for a Hilton Hotel. I had digital key to access the room did that five times to get into the room the door locks where messed up.The room was out dated the bathroom shower was horrible, the room wasn’t as clean. The hotel has three elevators staying on upper floor gett ready to leave at check out had to take the stairs after waiting for ten minutes for the elevator I gave up and exit the stairs.Safety: Did haveand problems

Was charged a $250 fee after checkout. We checked out on Nov 12th, but no one has called me to inform what the charge was for. I’ve called multiple times and left vm’s, but nothing in return. The front desk staff are very rude. They allowed children to put snacks on my room, then when I went to dispute, I was told they wouldn’t remove them. Room was dirty upon arrival. If you must book with Hilton, make sure it isn’t this location!Food & drinks: Restaurants across the street-Mall

Good Hilton Experience except........the pool has bee closed forever. This really sucks. Please bring back the pool...add a sauna and jacuzzi and you may even be a real 5 star hotel.Noteworthy details: No Pool!

Shahid is AMAZING. The rooms are ok. I loved the soft bed and I liked the mall across the street. Walking distance to shopping and food. The breakfast was decent and Shahid made me omelets and had great conversations every morning.

The service from all of the staff was excellent: friendly and professionable. I found my stay here to be very pleasant.The all you can eat breakfast buffet is $15 per person, but the food is good and Shahid makes an excellent omelette.

A very enjoyable stay. My 50th high school reunion was being held and everything about The Springfield Hilton worked.Rooms: Spacious and very clean rooms.

I'm a contractor with a defense contractor company that falls under the US Department of Defense. We on occasion bring foreign guests and VIPs to the US for training, conferences, and other official visits. The Sales and Events Department at the Hilton Springfield did a great job helping me out during one of these visits.On a short notice, under a week and half, I contacted the Events Department, specifically Jessica and Tiffany who did a wonderful job of helping me prepare rooms for seven VIP guests from Algeria. Jessica and Tiffany worked with me on a vast number of details that had to be included in the stay but made it very easy and not stressful.When the guests arrived, everything was set up and prepared for them already. The guests were all happy with their rooms and the services provided to them at the Hilton Springfield and they expressed this to me upon check out. All staff at all levels were great and made the stay much easier.I would highly recommend the Hilton Springfield for companies and organizations bringing in VIP members or holding events due to the ease of working with the hotel and care they bring to your needs.Thanks Jessica and Tiffany, I'm sure I'll work with you both again soon.

Beware!! As a Lifetime Diamond member, I travel and stay in Hilton hotels weekly and have for years. I stayed in this hotel this week and received Bed Bug Bites on my body!!! Now I have to completely sanitize everything in my home to make sure I didn't bring them home with me!! This is a filthy, terribly maintained hotel full of shady characters AND THERR ARE BED BUGS!!!!

This is a nice hotel. The staff service and attention to detail is 5-star. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is the bathrooms. This hotel is an older hotel and the bathrooms are small. No exhaust fan! The rest of the suite was okay. A nice big desk, sitting chair with foot rest and mini fridge. I do recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

Conveniently located near great dining and shopping options(across from the Springfield Mall)! The hotel needs to be updated (my bathroom had rust and was worn) but my room was very clean! There was a very foul odor at the bar when I ate there, but the staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast ( Tee and Gabriela) were very attentive and are a great asset to the company.Nearby activities: The Peruvian Chicken place across the street was great! It was highly recommended by all the Lyft drivers!
