Party Depot is a celebration superstore offering an extensive array of party supplies for events like birthdays, Halloween, weddings, and barbecues. It has a lot of party supplies and good Halloween costumes. The store provides great products at a great deal and is noted as the only local party store apart from Amazon. Reviews describe it as a great place with friendly and nice staff who provide quick service, such as filling balloons. While generally positive, one note mentions that balloons ordered with a special solution did not last as long as expected. The store is also considered clean compared to others.
You almost have to give this place a five-star since party City and just about any other party place closed up it's the only place in town. But they did have plenty of balloons, and a decent amount of decorations for all occasions and of course our Halloween stuff was always fed up in the back area of the store.

Seems to cater to folks wanting balloons as three clerks were there. Store shelve items are down 30% and items have relocated. However, other than Amazon, this is the only local party store.
