I know this because they recently did a Stage 2 plus ICON brand 2-inch lift on my 2017 Tacoma 4X4 Utility.
From the front office with Nat and George to the tech, Ryan who built the truck, the experience has been nothing but stellar. From the planning where they worked with what I envisioned, to the final build, they have been super accommodating with the scheduling and even completed the extensive work well within my timeline which was pretty much same day.
The follow up a few days later to iron out a small concern, was also handled with top priority where they further accommodated me at my request on a Friday within two hours. Anyone with any experience with a very in-demand business knows this is above and beyond the norm.
Exline kept me advised by text when my vehicle was checked-in, when it was assigned to a tech and when the work was completed with computer images as to the work performed and with graphic specs and even advised me how to pick up after hours if needed.
I will be bringing more business to them when we work out more details to make my truck the capable vehicle that I need in my retirement to the mountains in Virginia and Colorado. Thanks, Exline. You are an amazing group.”

“Wow, these guys must be the last honest auto shop in America. I took my 2015 Porsche Macan S there because when I took it to Porsche of Arlington, they quoted me $4500 to fix a leak in the a/c back in May. They drained the Freon without asking and make it difficult to put back in. I took to Freddy at Springfield and he charged me $200 bucks or so to refill it and said, come back in 3 months and check. Guy saved me thousands and the car is blowing cold air! Will never take my cars anywhere near else.”

“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”

“I want to say thank you to Scott and the Capital Car Care team. My family has been a long time customer and always received excellent service that was fair and honest. Yesterday (9/3/24) my 2006 Scion Xb driver's side rocker panel plastic cover started to popoff and under it you could see rust, a hole. I went to Capital for advise on a body shop and after a quick talk with Scott regarding the plan for how much longer I planned to keep the Scion, a few more years, and its worth, a thousand or two tops, Scott came up with a very simple solution. He found areas of good metal/no rust and drilled a screw to hold the plastic panel in place and the car is now looking good. All his expertise, time, and effort were for "no charge" I cannot thank him enough. He has confirmed why I'll be a customer for life.”
