“Car was looking brand new when I picked it up. Glen kept me informed throughout the process. Only negative was took a little longer due to slow parts arrival. Great job on the repair.”

“I’ve been taking my vehicles to Commonwealth Garage Inc. for years, and Raul has always provided excellent service. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and does quality work at a fair price. He takes the time to explain repairs and never pressures you into unnecessary work. What really sets Raul apart is that he stands behind his work and the parts he sells. I bought tires and a battery from him, and when the battery failed during the warranty period, he handled the claim and got it replaced for free with no hassle. Reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced—I highly recommend Raul at Commonwealth Garage Inc.”

“We started going to Premiere Auto 10 years ago because the owner is our son's friend's brother. We stayed with Premiere because Eric and his crew does top notch work at very fair and reasonable prices. On our recommendation, our entire extended family and many of our friends take their cars to Premiere as well. None of us has ever had a problem and are very happy to refer the shop to others! I can't say enough positive things about this place!”

“I took my car down for an estimate after being recommended by my car dealership and set up an appointment for a small clear coat chip issue. Sebouh looked at it and gave me a couple of options and helped me find the best option given my circumstances. I can't thank the team enough for walking me through and being honest with me and doing great work. I will definitely recommend them and will give them my business if I have to get any collision work done in the future.”

“Full service automotive shop. Also specializing in off-road suspension and other upgrades for your vehicle to make it the most capable vehicle that it can be. I know this because they recently did a Stage 2 plus ICON brand 2-inch lift on my 2017 Tacoma 4X4 Utility. From the front office with Nat and George to the tech, Ryan who built the truck, the experience has been nothing but stellar. From the planning where they worked with what I envisioned, to the final build, they have been super accommodating with the scheduling and even completed the extensive work well within my timeline which was pretty much same day. The follow up a few days later to iron out a small concern, was also handled with top priority where they further accommodated me at my request on a Friday within two hours. Anyone with any experience with a very in-demand business knows this is above and beyond the norm. Exline kept me advised by text when my vehicle was checked-in, when it was assigned to a tech and when the work was completed with computer images as to the work performed and with graphic specs and even advised me how to pick up after hours if needed. I will be bringing more business to them when we work out more details to make my truck the capable vehicle that I need in my retirement to the mountains in Virginia and Colorado. Thanks, Exline. You are an amazing group.”

“I am thankful to have discovered Wright’s and thoroughly impressed with the work they did – for 2 vehicles on the same day and without calling ahead. They diagnosed and fixed tire-related issues on both vehicles in less than two hours. My thanks to Matt and his technician for the great service and honest pricing. I’ll be bringing my cars to you from now on.”

“I have been bringing my cars to SB Automotive for over five years. They restored an older Celica for me as well as keep my Mercedes and Acura in top performance; providing all scheduled services. Louis and Amilcar are master mechanics. They think outside the box and do whatever is needed to keep my cars running efficiently. You can trust them for providing excellent diagnostics, outstanding services and all at a fair price. They are the best mechanics I've worked with and are a gift to the Springfield area.”

“I want to say thank you to Scott and the Capital Car Care team. My family has been a long time customer and always received excellent service that was fair and honest. Yesterday (9/3/24) my 2006 Scion Xb driver's side rocker panel plastic cover started to popoff and under it you could see rust, a hole. I went to Capital for advise on a body shop and after a quick talk with Scott regarding the plan for how much longer I planned to keep the Scion, a few more years, and its worth, a thousand or two tops, Scott came up with a very simple solution. He found areas of good metal/no rust and drilled a screw to hold the plastic panel in place and the car is now looking good. All his expertise, time, and effort were for "no charge" I cannot thank him enough. He has confirmed why I'll be a customer for life.”

“Steve and his team are great. A very honest and intelligent operation and they have a customer for life. A dealership quoted me $892 for a minor suspension repair. A friend recommended Steve and Springfield Auto Service to get a second opinion. I took my Highlander unannounced to Steve and asked him to inspect it and provide me a quote. I shared with Steve the report from the dealer. After inspecting the car, he called me back as promised and said the repair wasn’t an emergency and the car would be fine but left it up to me whether to proceed or not. There was no pressure at all. He quoted me $189 for the same repair the dealership wanted $892. I had Steve perform the work and came away very satisfied. If you are sick and tired of dealerships and their service counters trying to squeeze you for every last penny and unnecessary repairs go see Steve and pay a fair price for the services you need.”

“My car was in an accident October 2025 and the Collision Center made it look brand new as if I were driving it off the lot for the first time! Ian provided phenomenal customer service. Every Tuesday and Friday he provided a status report on my vehicle. I clearly understood the work being done and where the technicians were in the process of finishing the repairs. Thank you for a job well done! To future customers, you won’t be disappointed with the level of work provided by Lindsay Collision Center. You can trust them!”

“Wow, these guys must be the last honest auto shop in America. I took my 2015 Porsche Macan S there because when I took it to Porsche of Arlington, they quoted me $4500 to fix a leak in the a/c back in May. They drained the Freon without asking and make it difficult to put back in. I took to Freddy at Springfield and he charged me $200 bucks or so to refill it and said, come back in 3 months and check. Guy saved me thousands and the car is blowing cold air! Will never take my cars anywhere near else.”

“I have been coming to Lincolnia Garage since I moved to the area and will always use them for repairs. I get my state inspections done here each year and have used this shop for front and rear brakes. The price for the brakes was well below what the dealer would have charged me. For one of the brake services, they had my car back to me within a few hours of dropping it off. A word of advice: get there early for your inspection as the line can get long!”

“I had a great experience at Pit Stop Auto Repair. They were fast, honest, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. The quality of the work was excellent — you can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way, not just rushing cars in and out. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust, but Pit Stop Auto Repair definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others. Highly recommended!”

“I just want to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to the team at Caliber Collision! 👏🏽 I had to call several times over the course of about two weeks to reschedule my appointment because of my busy schedule. Every single time I called, I was met with nothing but patience, understanding, and great customer service. I was never made to feel like I was being a bother, and each time they simply said, “No problem,” and helped me get a new appointment scheduled. Iteria, Saira, and I believe his name was Danny — GREAT JOB! You all made the process so much easier and showed what excellent customer service is supposed to look like. Thank you for being so accommodating and professional. Customer service like this definitely makes a difference, and I truly appreciate you guys! I highly recommend Caliber Collision and will absolutely continue to use them in the future”

“I had a very positive experience with this Capital Auto Repair. They were able to see me the same day and were incredibly kind and understanding about my special request. They really listened, took the time to check everything carefully, and made me feel supported throughout the visit. “I had a great experience with Seatco. I drive a 2022 Toyota Camry XSE and was originally quoted an outrageous price by Toyota to completely reassemble the panoramic sunroof. A nightmare to say the least, however Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. From the beginning, Matt was very communicative, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. Matt took the time to explain the repair process, what needed to be done, and the pricing, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was being treated honestly and fairly. After dealing with such a frustrating situation, it was a huge relief to work with a company that was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful to Matt and the team at Seatco for all of their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing sunroof repairs.”
