Robert (CJ) was seriously awesome when it came to transferring our services. We ran into some issues with the initial startup and he was able to walk us through exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. He spent the whole time working with us in a patient and friendly manner and - even though it took a while - he never complained and was genuine in ensuring we had everything taken care of as new Verizon customers. He really emphasized customer service and we greatly appreciated his help and sense of humor. Thanks, CJ!

I went to have my phone looked at since the Bluetooth was not working when I used it in the car. The last time this happened they fixed it without any issues. This time the individual was not helpful, all he said was I should take the phone to Ubrake we fix it. I found him very unhelpful. I have had good service in the past and was very disappointed with my service this time. I have had Verizon service for 17 years and am not sure if i will continue with Verizon in the future.

Probably one of the worst places to go to get anything done. The employee at first just said he couldn’t do anything and couldn’t really recommend anything. So I get it done through the app and place the order but the order hasn’t processed through. Me being on a time crunch asked if someone else can pick it up, they said no if they’re not authorized. I specifically spoke to the manager and and asked him and told him hey can I send my brother in with my ID since i couldn’t be making here.. They said no.. All I was picking up was just a sim.. They didn’t recommend to or advise to add him as an authorized user but they just said they couldn’t do anything. The manager uses his Title as Senior Manager telling me with a tone in his voice, that he will not release the sim card to my brother.. After the interaction he just walked off. Besides this their employees also don’t understand anything besides the line. I just wanted to buy a sim but they wouldn’t even let me or they can’t even sell me a sim card even though they are a verizon store and I do have a verizon account. Finally after a few minutes the order was ready and the manager passed it off to a employee but both of them did not check my ID nor did they verify anything. So the whole argument about the Manager not being able to release the item without verification was thrown out the window. I’m not even talking about verizon as a company but the Manager was petty, did not do his job and couldn’t accomplish anything. I would never go back to this store.

The person was helping me not very helpful at all. Feels like trying to get rid of me as fast as he can maybe his thinking his not making any commission from me. Until the manager steps up.

We had Rob he was fantastic. Took great care in getting us the best program for our phones. I recommend to anyone that wants super service to ask for Rob.

I had a bad experience on earlier this week with a man who was rude and impatient. We are now entitled to an emergency responder discount and he was dismissive. I asked about an email I received about getting $10 off each line and his snarky response was you’re not entitled to that. My daughter went to another Verizon store and received both the first responder discount and $10 off each line.

We had James helping us and he was amazing. He managed to not only help us with purchasing a new phone but resolving a billing issue as well.

Review is for Jose specifically. I had been dealing with another store and customer service on the phone for 5+ hours and nobody was able to fix the billing issue. I go to this store and Jose offers to help and has to get on the phone with customer service himself and would not take their no for an answer. Jose was able to do what nobody else in store or on the phone was able to do. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I am so appreciative of his help and service.

Remy was super helpful in upgrading my iPhone7 to an iPhone 15. Very patient and explained everything clearly with a positive attitude. He’s the one to ask for!

Purchased a new device here in Mid June. Rob was our salesperson, the initial interaction was decent... Rob seemed extremely rushed and was unprofessional! Wanted to charge for every little thing... on top of that we mentioned about our protection plan we had that we paid 19 a month per line..we told him we was not aware of the charges... he proceeded and talked about a new program of total protect... I told him we are not interested... after that his demeanor went from bad to worse... what I mean with that is that he offered to help on applying screen protector and also transferring stuff from one device to the other and getting it activated... once we told him we didn't want the total protect he denied the service and only said I'll do the extra work if you pay me $50 because it's more for him to do... and I go ahead by asking we'll what's my activation fee for then?! And he's like for the line and got quiet. So I ended up doing the rest of the stuff myself... fast forwarding a month in... I'm looking at my account and this unethical salesperson went ahead and added the total protect without my consent... I go in the store and complain (per Verizon customer service support line) and his manager jose was as rude as he was... we exchanged a screen protector and I asked will you be able to apply this and he's like nope... that's Rob and he's not coming out... and literally credited my account for his salesperson mistake and stormed off... not even a thank you or an apology... please steeraway from this store and it's staff..

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Remy at Verizon. From the start, it was clear that customer service was not Remy’s priority. I came in with a simple issue regarding my phone plan, but Remy was dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than addressing my concerns.
When I finally got Remy's attention, their attitude was condescending, and they acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Not only was Remy unhelpful, but they also provided incorrect information, which led to further complications with my account. To make matters worse, Remy showed no interest in resolving the mistakes they made, leaving me to deal with the mess on my own.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company like Verizon. Remy’s lack of professionalism and poor customer service has made me reconsider my loyalty to Verizon. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Remy if they want a pleasant and efficient experience.
