My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces!
