Many associates are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, often going above and beyond to assist customers in finding the perfect scent or gift, even retrieving items from the back storage area. However, experiences can vary. During sales or the holiday season, long lines can form due to a single cashier working, while other staff may be present as greeters. This wait can sometimes lead customers to leave. While many employees are wonderful, some staff may not greet customers or appear happy to help. The product selection is generally great and usually in stock, though some specific scents may only be available in certain product types, and a smaller store layout might mean fewer displayed lotion and wash sets. The in-store pickup service for online orders is efficient and easy, with orders ready within a couple of hours.
The ladies at this location are so much friendlier than the two older ladies at the mall location for sure! They had all the product I was looking for and a couple great surprises left from the SAS!
