Always have what I want in stock. I’ve ordered pick up from here numerous times and it’s always ready within a couple hours, and the pickup process is easy. The associates are always friendly and assist me.

I was recently made aware how harmful certain essential oils can be to pets. Bath and body works does not list their ingredients. I originally called this store and was told I could no problem bring in any wallflowers and plug ins for a store credit. When I got here the store manager, Ka told me without a barcode she could do nothing for me. She proceeded to not let me speak as she told me certain ones are not even covered by their guarantee. As much as I enjoy their candles because of how this manager handled things in such a condescending manner I will stick with Yankee candles from now on.

It's very nice to be coming back to this area again! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The place smelled very good and I was able to find what I was looking for due to them helping out their customers.I stopped by Bath & Body Works to get some last minute Christmas items. They had the buy three get three free deal and I had a $10 off coupon from becoming a member at the mall about a month ago.I managed to find everything I needed for the holidays. I will definitely be coming back.

I was surprised when I went to the store and asked if they had the black Santa nightlight that I saw on Facebook the day before. When I inquired about it, I was told no. As I was departing the store, one employee ask the other employee if she knew that they were variations of Santa in what appeared yo be a snooty tone. I went to the store in Potomac mills and guess what I found. Employees need to be made aware of the companies products vs. acting puzzled. #blacksanta

Warning! They have changed their scent warmers and return policy! I came in to exchange two warmers that had stopped working. They explained they no longer had this “model” and would not be able to exchange them. The older ones should still be allowed to be exchanged for at least a discount on a new one. They refused to do anything except sell me new ones. Why would I invest in new ones if they won’t stand behind their products? I’m not. Bye B&B.

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars in order to write a review. They went against their own corporate policy clearly written on the website in regards to the wallflower plugin units lasting for 2 years… I brought in 3 and only wanting them exchanged for another one of equal value bc they no longer work. While the sales associate(helpful) and supposed “manager” (who was extremely condescending and fake) both said 2/3 of mine were both within the 2 year limit they still refused to honor their corporate policy bc “they couldn’t find the scu”. They kept mentioning “how they’ve been handling exchanges” which to me sounds like they just make up there own policy. Then they tried to offer me a 20% discount code to my email which wouldn’t be valid for 48 hours which does NOT help me now NOR does it make me want to spend any of my money there period. I spend ALOT of money there and was going to purchase other items there today but they lost that sale.

While I love shopping here and any B&BW stores they need to update their business hours in Google because they actually close at 8 pm not 9 pm. I went there once and it was past 8 (prolly 8:05) the store associates just shouted closed instead of politely coming to me to say sorry we’re closed or having a sign at the door saying they’re closed would be more appropriate. Making customers look like they’re d*** because their business hours in Google is inaccurate is a bit aggravating. Again fix your hours in Google whether you’re responsible or not find a way to fix it. Most people rely nowadays in Google maps so the hours posted there matters. Thank you!

It was the last day to use a coupon I had, but the store hours for Sunday are incorrectly listed and they were closed. The employee who told me the store is closed shut the door in my face and walked away before I had a chance to inform them of this error.
