CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. The pharmacist's exceptional professionalism and attentiveness stood out, as they took the time to resolve a customer's issue and even followed up. The store's layout was praised for its attention to detail and well-stocked aisles, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Customers have generally found CVS to be convenient, with easy access to coupons and a quick in-and-out experience. However, some have encountered challenges with customer service, particularly regarding the store's policy on UPS returns. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted CVS, with staff shortages leading to reduced hours and longer wait times for prescription fulfillment. Customers have reported long waits and the need to plan ahead for prescription pickups. Despite these challenges, the staff have been praised for their efforts in providing service, and customers are encouraged to be understanding and kind during these difficult times. Overall, CVS appears to offer a mixed experience, with excellent service from some employees balanced by operational challenges. Customers are advised to plan ahead and approach the staff with patience and understanding.
Nothing to add, personality not real customer friendly.

i called the pharmacy to ask about my overpriced prescription and the pharmacist on the other end proceeds to mock my mannerisms and become really short ended with me when i asked for alternatives. never experienced anything like it.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They refused to help me get a simple vacation authorization for my wife's prescriptions. I spent an hour on the phone, for what would have taken them 10 minutes to do.
