“I was so excited to see a Shoppers in Stafford Virginia I use to shop at one in Washington,Dc . But after some stores are closing or name changes and locations I wasn’t sure if Shoppers still exist friendly cashier line I was in and even customer you don’t know will speak when some people don’t speak at all. The prices was reasonable at the deli the smoked ham of the bone was tasty and good for just about anything you can have it thick thin slices, or shaved.”

“Update: Walmart did in fact what i hope they would, i am traveling to get my prescription now. They rectified the situation very quickly and i am very satisfied. I am leaving my first review to demonstrate how they came through for me. I am throughly impressed with the speed they turned this aroundOLD Review IS No Longer Applicable: "I will raise this rating if they call me back about a Rx that was sent electronically to this Walmart Pharmacy because it was the only Pharmacy that had Tussionex. Supposedly my doctor confirmed that Walmart acknowledged electronically that they received the prescription. Well, I called to find out what time the prescription would be ready? They had no idea what I was talking about!!! What's even more irritating, I was on hold for 30+ minutes to find out they had no prescription for me. They did say they would contact my doctor directly to get the Rx information, and call me back.... I am not holding my breath waiting for them to call me back literally. Bacterial bronchitis is awful when the cough hurts so badly you don't want to cough. As I said, if they surprise me and call me back, I will correct my rating. I originally gave it a 2 star but giving how important prescriptions are for sick individuals I dropped it to 1 star. I really want to give them a better rating; therefore, I will update the review if I wind up picking up Rx today 4 stars; tomorrow 3 stars: and so on. Surprise me Walmart Pharmacy"”

“Scheduling and check-in via the app was super easy and fast, and the attending Nurse (Julian) was welcoming, calming and made me feel so much more at ease (I was stressing over shots), and was super soft and gentle with the vaccinations. Best vaccination I've had in a long time. I barely felt a thing! Nurse Julian also shared that the minute clinic was open for any number of ailments and shared the brochure with me.”

“The staff shortages nationwide have affected their hours. They sometimes pull staff from the cashiers just to help run the cash register at the pharmacy. I have seen people verbally abusing the staff when they are overworked and are trying to fulfill the deluge of requests. If you need a prescription, don't call, they're too busy to answer. Even if you order on the app, or your doctor sent it in, don't expect it to be ready within an hour like it used to be. Come to the drop-off prescription window to verify if they've received the order and they will start processing it then. My suggestion is to come back the next day to pick it up. If you MUST have it the same day, you'll probably wait a couple of hours. They are very backlogged through no fault of their own. I find that when you treat them kindly they are kind back. They are providing you a service, be kind even though you pay for the prescription. All healthcare systems are overwhelmed right now and patience is appreciated.”
