Waited over an hour for our prescriptions. They just kept telling us to wait. Meanwhile several people came in after us and got their prescriptions filled within minutes. They pharmacist literally told the front service ladies to go in the back and start closing. Tomd us to go sit and wait more and took the next person. He literally needed to fill the prescription and he was instead working the cash register. He completely ignored us/disregarded us. I hate coming to CVS. It is consistently terrible service and slow. I would much rather just pay cash ($30) somewhere else than use insurance here to get it through insurance ($5). Your time is not more valuable than your customers.

I don’t want to beat a dead horse here but same here. Also, why do they all have to take a lunch break at the same time and close the pharmacy down? Is it not 24/7? I mean McDonald knows how to rotate people around there lunch.

WORST ATTITUDE OF ALL TIME. I waited in front of the woman’s face at the pharmacy for over 6 min while she ignored me and helped others that showed up after me. I had called ahead of time to ask if they had any rapid home tests, I was told yes. When I arrived, i was ignored, talked to like I was an idiot and proceeded to shut their little wooden door on my face with NO HELP OR DIRECTION. I don’t know if all pharmacists are trained to have THE WORST attitude of all time, but it sure seems like it. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacist who spoke to me on Sunday 2/9 was extremely professional and caring, he took the time to help and to get things resolved for me, I wish I could remember his name (sorry). Most time the pharmacist is usually too busy to attend to their customers, but not this guy, he is the reason for the 5 stars because he gave me 5 star service as well as to call me to let me know he resolved my issue with my prescription...thank you so very much.

I am not sure why the headquarters of CVS not taking action after reading all these reviews? The pharmacy found rudest people in VA and hired them, they don’t know how to talk to a customer, this was the pharmacy I always used but not any more it’s better to pay my money some where the workers appreciate thier wages and are happy, here looks like CVS is not paying them anything, acts like they work for free and doing a favor to the customer. take my free advise, Take action, train your team or keep loosing customers

Just got off the photo with a guy who works here. I was calling to inform them the photos I was having printed was accidentally going to their store instead of the one I just moved nearby. I was just giving them a heads up incase they could cancel the order and not waste the equipment since I wouldn't be picking up. The guy was really rude and hung up on me. I was only giving a courtesy call. If I don't pick them up, they lose money, not me. There was no reason to be rude about it.

The pharmacy is the worst. So inefficient. The team members here either don’t know what you/they are talking about or they know what you are talking about but find the rudest way in the world to help you. They don’t laugh unless it’s at you. They act as if they are doing you a favor. Their specialty is gaslighting you about the availability of your prescriptions. I was going to buy my team candy canes when I checked out but I put them back on the shelf because I was no longer jolly. Their service level is so low it is in hell. This use to be my go to but no more.

Very nice layout, with attention to detail and well-stacked aisles. Even though they were stocking the shelves, I didn't see any clutter. Well done.

I have a standing prescription that is filled every week, and they always have it ready for pickup when I need it.

There are at least 6 people that work at the pharmacy that I could see from while waiting FOREVER in the line. The employees here always seems inattentive to people who are waiting in line. It takes forever to get our prescription even though I’ve received an alert stating the prescription is ready. Never had issues with the other CVS up the road and will be going to them instead.
