“I recently interacted with Jodi at customer service and am beyond impressed by her professionalism and care for customers. It is extremely rare that you get someone, in any capacity, to go above and beyond what is required of them to help out a customer. I’ve been getting the run around by dewalt to replace/repair a lawn mower. Jodi took it upon herself to not only spend time trying to find my transaction in Home Depot’s POS repository but also called DeWalt customer service to try and help me out.If anyone has the pleasure of being able to interact with Jodi, consider yourself in great hands. She is a phenomenal person.”
“This Lowes is the best in the area by far. If I just need to pick something up any Lowes would work but for any customer service needs I go out of my way to go to Bank Ford. Yesterday Candance, Adrienne, and Sara helped me sign up for a credit card and were helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Another associate, whos name I didn't catch, helped me in the aisle by explaining the buy one get one free promo on the tools I bought. She helped maximize my budget to get the most bang for my buck. After checking out I had such a good I wanted to stay and hang out some more. All in all, the Lowes at Bank Ford Pkwy is the place to go for hassle free, smiling, and educated customer service.”

“HD has gotten away from being helpful like they used to be. You ask a question as an amateur and they default to, "I can't tell you what to do, you need a plan". Asking questions of "pros" used to help in the plan. Don't bother asking for advice. Hit YouTube instead.”
