The office staff is great, friendly, super welcoming, helpful, informative, kind, and fast to respond to inquiries. Maintenance is prompt, arrives quickly to fix items, and handles service requests efficiently. Residents note the ease of moving in and the helpfulness in answering questions. A mentioned drawback is that some floors can be creaky, allowing noise from neighbors above. Overall, it is a clean complex with lots to do and outstanding service.

Sam and Ryan are both great. They are attentive and professional when troubleshooting work orders and completing work.

Lakewood Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful. The lake and ducks are of course the best part.
