It is not often that people take the time to recognize great service, but I truly feel it is deserved. From the beginning, I have been treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Whenever I have had a concern or needed assistance, the building manager has been patient, understanding, and willing to help. Their dedication to making sure residents feel heard and valued has made a positive difference in my experience living here. I would also like to recognize the maintenance team for their hard work and commitment. They respond promptly, complete repairs efficiently, and always conduct themselves with courtesy and respect. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable community for everyone. “I give it a 5 because (I forgot her name) but our tour guide was absolutely so kind and lovely. She made us feel welcomed. While I do wish the floor was wood, and the cabinets and appliances were upgraded and it had a microwave, and the backyard was separated or had dividers, I liked the property.”
