“The service at this store is excellent. I use this location from time to time, and the staff are always busy and efficient. They handle everything professionally and provide great customer service.
I occasionally return Amazon packages here, and so far the process has always gone smoothly without any problems. I have also been satisfied with the other services they offer.
I remember reading a review below in which someone mentioned that they were asked to pay for tape when returning an Amazon item. My understanding is that the standard policy is for customers to prepare their return package themselves, including packing the item properly and sealing the box before bringing it in for return.
In that particular case, it seemed that the customer had not fully prepared the Amazon return package and wanted to use the store’s tape instead. That is probably why the employee explained that there would be a charge for using it.
In any case, I have had a positive experience here. The service has always been good, and I am satisfied with the various other services they provide as well.”

“I had a book to print off and it was giving me so much trouble. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, & patient. As things on my side seemed to be going haywire and I was getting overwhelmed with the enormous amount of people that seemed to come in all at once the staff was incredible. They stayed calm, they worked together, they were satisfying all the needs of the customers, no one in the store lost their cool. Because my project was big I was there for it all. After the crowd was gone and pace slowed they just continued on getting things done in the store. It ran like a well oiled machine and I appreciated that and all the staff. “I was surprised how short amount of time it took. One person in line and since it was a drop off just waited for my recipe and left. In the past I dreaded going to UPS store. Caution on parking. Not much space and can get difficult to get in and out of parking spots.”
