I occasionally return Amazon packages here, and so far the process has always gone smoothly without any problems. I have also been satisfied with the other services they offer.
I remember reading a review below in which someone mentioned that they were asked to pay for tape when returning an Amazon item. My understanding is that the standard policy is for customers to prepare their return package themselves, including packing the item properly and sealing the box before bringing it in for return.
In that particular case, it seemed that the customer had not fully prepared the Amazon return package and wanted to use the store’s tape instead. That is probably why the employee explained that there would be a charge for using it.
In any case, I have had a positive experience here. The service has always been good, and I am satisfied with the various other services they provide as well.”

“Typical UPS store location. The workers are friendly and helpful. The only thing I'll say for UPS Stores is pack your own stuff and bring your own box or boxes. They will charge the heck out of you. That's not unique to this location so I didn't deduct a star”
