As God would have it, we got him by chance!! & we were so excited it worked out that way. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! All while being funny and informative at the same time. We were here to upgrade my husbands phone, he provided printed quotes on the changes to our billing, pricing for upgrading today, helped us order the phone to be shipped directly to our home in 2 days, and we are waiting for Friday to go back and have him help us transfer everything. “I had a great experience with Bella at the T-Mobile store in Stafford. I had been trying to move an eSIM over to a new phone. I’d already gone through the T-Mobile app and even spent time troubleshooting with a T-Mobile tech over the phone. Unfortunately, neither worked, and the whole process was becoming frustrating.

Going into the store is usually my last resort, mostly because I always assume there’s going to be a long wait but I finally gave in and went to the store with family. Bella greeted us warmly, listened to what was going on, and was incredibly helpful. Best of all, she was able to get the issue fixed quickly after I had spent so much time trying to resolve it myself. Excellent customer service!”
