“Sharing a positive experience to help counter some of the bad ones specifically based on the interaction with the clerk. The lady that helped me was very kind and respectful, and was kind to my daughters. When I commented on the cleanliness of the store, it was apparent she had been trying to clean, restock, and organize the front of store to make it a more welcoming place for folks. This was a better experience than other USPS locations I have visited in the past.”
“From reading some other reviews your mileage may vary depending on who is working. It seems like some people are rude at the front desk, but this was not my personal experience. I went to get my passport last week and everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process.
Specific shoutout to Ivana. She is crazy fast with checking your passport application and super helpful if you have any questions.”
“This is my favorite post office. Its small but the wait is usually next to nothing. The staff remembers you by name. Its clean, and the post master is very nice and on top of whats going on. They also adhere to the 2 people in the lobby at a time and masks are required.”
“One of the best Post Offices I’ve been to. It might be because it’s on a Military Installation. The Post Master (Mrs. Alicia) runs a “tight ship”. All staff has consistently been courteous and helpful. Over the last year a lot of their retail staff have since changed which is why I am giving 5 Stars!!!”

“Love this store! They are always so warm and friendly STORE 5555 I would recommend to anyone. All employees are welcoming and knowledgable. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and the manager is wonderful! This is located by the Panera and Target as well.”

“The Postal Worker at this station goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Considering she is the only person, she handles the workflow and lines with the utmost in professionalism. I wish it was a larger station with more staffing, but they are working with limited space at the mall.”
