“I recently moved to the area and needed to get my passport done, and everyone at this location was friendly and knowledgeable. The site was busy, but all the clerks were efficient and kind. The area looked clean and well-organized. I look forward to coming back and handling any USPS businesses with them. Shout out to the passport processor she was excellent!”
“i visit this post office once a week and it's always a quick and easy experience. the staff are friendly and there's usually never a line. also, they've finally upgraded their equipment to take tap pay/contactless payments. now, i can just pay with my phone and leave my wallet at home - a few mins away. my only complaints would be the short hours of operation and rapidly decaying building. other than that, best post office in Stafford!”
“One of the best Post Offices I’ve been to. It might be because it’s on a Military Installation. The Post Master (Mrs. Alicia) runs a “tight ship”. All staff has consistently been courteous and helpful. Over the last year a lot of their retail staff have since changed which is why I am giving 5 Stars!!!”
“This is my favorite post office. Its small but the wait is usually next to nothing. The staff remembers you by name. Its clean, and the post master is very nice and on top of whats going on. They also adhere to the 2 people in the lobby at a time and masks are required.”

“This is my local USPS and I've have nothing but good experiences. The workers are nice though one of the On Call Ladies could have a better attitude haha, otherwise nothing but good people here!! I go every week or other week to ship things out when applicable.”
“The Postal Worker at this station goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Considering she is the only person, she handles the workflow and lines with the utmost in professionalism. I wish it was a larger station with more staffing, but they are working with limited space at the mall.”
“I love interacting with our Post Office staff. I came in today with some very complex issues and Rhonda was very patient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped untangle everything I presented her about my moving situation and provided prompt solutions. I’m always perpetually amazed by this government service, and this location did not disappoint! I can’t relate to the negative reviews at all, personally.”
