“Thank you for a wonderful experience! The truck was ready, pulled up, and running when I got there with all the extras I requested. The vehicle itself (26’ truck) handled great with a nice turning radius and easy acceleration in tight spots. Drop off was super smooth. When there was a mix up with a charge, Regan answered the phone and politely changed it right away for me. U-Haul was the cheapest but also had great customer service and quality! I will always rent here at this location (Stafford Pets Plus)!”

No disrespect to the folks that did not have a good experience, but everything went beyond good for us. Given the horrid reviews for Budget Car Rental i have run into, i never expected such great care. The owner/operator, Ms. Carla Payne, kept the offices open late when my ability to get there and get the truck were delayed. And she is just like a country mom! (btw, i am much older than she). She explained everything and helped me every step of the way, even instructing me to call her if i had any issue dropping the truck off in Georgia (we took it one-way from Virginia).

If you look over my reviews you will see that i have no problem ripping into a company when i think they deserve it, but i also believe in giving credit where credit is due, and these folks were great. I will use them again if ever in need of a truck.”
