“The staff is always very nice and consistently hospitable. No complaints there.Took off a star due to my experience coming in to discuss Home Equity Loans. Told the representative several times that I wanted a shorter term of 5 - 10 years, and that I was more concerned about the total cost of the money than on payments. I was then given info on 20 to 30-year loans with only info on the payment amount. Took a bit of teeth pulling to learn what the actual interest rates (and thus total costs) were. In the 30 seconds it took to hear the rates, I learned that I should have never investigated the option in the first place. Not gonna spend tends of thousands of dollars to use my own equity. I mean, the house is collateral so why do rates need to be double digit???”
