I spoke to Butch on a Tuesday afternoon, and we decided that my Explorer needed a rear end differential. He instructed me where to buy a used one. “If I could have given a hundred stars I would do it I've had three experiences with this business and all three of them have been above and beyond as far as customer service goes. He actually came to my house and helped me get the lug nuts off so I can put my spare tire on and drive back to his shop and put two new tires on after hours. The first time I needed a tire but the similar situation but it was on a Sunday and he offered to come meet me at his shop after he had lunch with his family after church. I did not end up doing that because it was Sunday but the simple fact that he's willing to go that far above and beyond for a customer and more than one time says a lot about this person. You have no idea how appreciative I am of you and I highly recommend anyone go here!!!”

“Iv had my Mini Cooper in here as well as my Audi and my little ford ranger. I’m a young person and don’t always have allot of money to spend on a mechanic so sometimes Iv brought in half finished jobs (which I’m sure is annoying) like maybe I just need my ac recharged after I replaced the condenser or something like that. They’ve always been willing to work with me which I appreciate greatly. As previously stated I am a young person, but I think I know a little more about cars than the average person and other shops will lie to me about things thinking I don’t know better, but Broadview automotive has always been 100% honest with me. Whenever a friend says they need a mechanic I always send them here. The owner is great and the service is top notch.”

After They fixed it I was hit 2ith a bill for 255 dolla rs . crazy!!Called riverside tire was quoted 80 dollars to put wheel bearing on my 02 jeep liberty I feel royally taken advantage of. like they owe me money back”
