“I was in need of a washer and after much research, I decided on a speed queen. They are one of few that has them in this area. I tried reaching out to other places but got no response. I decided to visit Lotts. From the minute I walked in they were so friendly and helpful. Showed me other options to consider as well. No pressure in buying. Went home, did more research and decided, still on the speed queen. Went back again and still very helpful and nice. Shared with me about a rebate and helped with that. These folks are great. I highly recommend them and will be back when I need something else. It’s also nice to support local vs big box stores.”
