I had a battery that was 7 years old with 50k miles on it. My car would not start so I jumped it and took my 2017 Honda Fit to the Staunton Auto Zone. They did a diagnosis and said the battery checked good and the car needed an alternator. The employee recommended Sears Auto Repair to do the work.
I went to Sears and they replaced the alternator bought at Auto Zone. The repair did not fix the car.
Long story short I went to Hershey Tire in Staunton and they confirmed the battery needed replacement.
I went to Auto Zone today as Jonah did not return my call and spoke with Jonah. He said he spoke with Armand at Sears and Armand said I declined a diagnostic check when I brought the car in. This is NOT true as confirmed by Armand.
Bottomline, Auto Zone cannot be trusted. They did not tell the truth, did not return my call and their diagnostic readings cannot be trusted. Go up the street to O’Reillys!

It's an Autozone. The employees are helpful. Good hours, reasonable prices, easy access. They collect used motor oil.

I had a rounded lug nut I couldn't remove with the wrench that came with the car. I was able to buy a few extra lug nuts, and the counter man even came out with a wrench to help me remove the nut I couldn't. There were only two employees working. They were dealing with about six customers, with the phone ringing nonstop, as well. They were doing all they could, one person at a time, with amazing grace under pressure.

The Staunton Autozone has helped me out on several occasions, including tonight! The employees are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I very much appreciate being able to go in, ask questions, and get trustworthy answers and product recommendations, not to mention the best customer service. :) Thank y’all so much!

Traveling thru and needed wipers. The beautiful young lady found the exact ones I needed and put them on the Subaru. I wish my local store was as nice and helpful.

Great place to go to get your car parts. All the employees are very polite and seem to like there job, other than the manager that is younger and heavy set and Spanish or something if I had to deal with him very much this would be a 1 star review. This is on Richmond Ave by the way.
