“From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Tammy was patient and informative. She explained everything that was going to happen and even gave me information about the rental car. Cindy the tech was also great. She explained the process of body work to paint. Thank you all so much for make this a great experience and getting my car back earlier than expected.”

“The passenger front window in my 2007 vehicle was shattered by a rock. I called the dealer and they told me they could get the glass in about a week and replace it, but the combined parts and labor hovered around $900. To the dealers credit he suggested taking it somewhere else. Augusta Glass was recommended to me and when I called them on a Tuesday they said they could do it the next morning, parts and labor $280. I brought it in and they were finished in about an hour. Excellent job and friendly to boot!”

“Rented a U-Haul here and unexpectedly fell sick just 30 minutes later. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding and did their best to help me with such an unexpected event. Highly recommend because of the customer service excellence. I’m sure it extends to the rest of the shop’s services”
