He was also super friendly and super helpful; he helped me get what I needed when it came to tires and got me scheduled for other maintenance. “I was driving one day and saw the sign talking about AC repair and a few days later my AC was not working so great along with a few other things so I came in first thing Monday, left my car and I was good to go the next day. Dee Dee was super friendly, informative, and kept me updated via text which I love. I also had my headlights restored and they looks brand new. My detail guy, could not even get it done like Surratt’s did. When I picked up my car the technician even went in depth about what he did. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that makes you feel good about services rendered but Surratt’s has earned my business!”

“The passenger front window in my 2007 vehicle was shattered by a rock. I called the dealer and they told me they could get the glass in about a week and replace it, but the combined parts and labor hovered around $900. To the dealers credit he suggested taking it somewhere else. Augusta Glass was recommended to me and when I called them on a Tuesday they said they could do it the next morning, parts and labor $280. I brought it in and they were finished in about an hour. Excellent job and friendly to boot!”

“I got to say that I'm absolutely surprised and thankful for Brian. I called around a few different shops and ultimately I spoke with him because my mother-in-law was broke down traveling through the state. He was able to go tow her truck over to his shop immediately, and within about 30 minutes had the truck ready to go and even fixed her AC. While it might not have been the most complicated repair, it was definitely the most important repair to us. Not only that, but when my mother-in-law called to say that she was good, he didn't even try charging her. Definitely a business owner who understands that things happen at the worst times. God bless you, Brian. You deserve all the business buddy.”
“I've been taking my older V70 to them for a few years now. This shop has a family feel and you are treated with respect. Ron is their main Volvo tech and he is amazing...my car is close to 200K and runs like a top! They have a neat waiting space and there's always cool sports cars and sedans on the lot. “While RVing from Florida up to Pennsylvania our engine light came on in our EKKO FordTransit. Nervous, we stopped by 2 Ford dealers and they did not help us. Brian and the people here diagnosed our issue right away, had to order a part. Because it wasn't a emergency we stopped by a few days later on our way back, got us in early and we were on our way. Super customer service during an anxious time on the road. They cared!!!!!”

“Brian and the team are great. I live 3 1/2 hours away but could not find a reliable shop to work on my 7.3 diesel. My local shop when they charge me many thousands of dollars to redo all the injectors. I took it up to the guys at lethal diesel and they just changed out a sensor. Runs great now. Turns out the new sensor I had was faulty
I asked them to test drive it to make sure everything was perfect. They drove it for me for a day or two and found no problems except for a squeaky belt which they replaced. I will happily drive 3 1/2 hours next time I have a problem. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend.”

“Broke my driveshaft on Sunday afternoon on I81 near Staunton. Started calling around and these guys answered, recommended a tow truck and worked really hard to get me back on the road asap. I have an F550 and these guys work on big trucks, medium like mine and others...lots of emergency vehicles. I was super happy to have experienced folks fixing it and not just a chain tire shop. Can't say enough how much I appreciate their help.”
