“They don't place a priority on answering the phone. Which is a pet peeve of mine when I'm trying to spend money with a business and they cannot simply answer the phone. Someone called me back the next day (about 24 hours later). Adding insult to injury.
I understand it is a trend in most businesses to go out of their way to disrespect and disregard customer service, making us check ourselves out. What is next.... an car wash where they ask you to wash your own car for $15.00??

“I would not buy a wheelbarrow fro caw my vehicle was great till I put 9000 miles on it i changed the oil when it needed changed put the oil that it called for and filter and when done the motor started pecking bad I was told it was the motor bad because someone put thicker oil in it before I got it that is why it wasn't pecking when I got it i paid for 2 year or 24000 mile warranty and now they dont want to help me because I dont have a receipt from my oil change”
