“Rented a ladder to clean out my gutters. After heading out to load the ladder I realized it was a little too big for the roof of my car so I went in to ask for the 24ft instead of the 32. They wanted to do a price adjustment for me and I told them no but they were adamant about me saving money. It's nice when people actually care. That's rare these days.”
“Great rental car company! Shannon was so kind and professional. I’m from out-of-town and he helped me tremendously when my car broke down and had to be towed prior to the snowstorm! I will always rent from this company when I’m in the area!”
“Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Greenville Ave in Staunton ,Va. is amazing! I have been renting with them for years and just when I think my experience can't get any better...it does. Not only is the customer service A+, they always provide me with a clean, present year model. They are very accommodating and professional. I always feel like family. Im always greeted with a smile and no question goes unanswered. I'll never rent anywhere else. Thanks Enterprise. You Rock!”
