“I’ve been a member of F45 Staunton since they first opened, and one thing has remained the same: they’re incredibly consistent at bringing this community joy, health, and fun.
It’s a 45-minute workout where you don’t have to think, you just show up. The programming is done for you, the coaches guide you every step of the way, and you’re surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed.
The owners, Sonya and Bill, truly care about every member. They take the time to get to know you, your family, and what matters most to you. You can tell this isn’t just a business to them…it’s a community.

All of the coaches are top-notch, but besides the queen herself, Sonya, my favorites are Isabelle and Sharon. At the 5 a.m. class, you can almost guarantee everyone is a little annoyed they had to leave their warm bed, but Isabelle always greets us with the biggest smile. She’s encouraging, motivating, and everything you’d want in a coach.

And Sharon is an absolute light. You can’t help but feel seen, encouraged, and genuinely cared for every time you talk with her.
If you’re looking for a sign to join a gym with an incredible community, amazing coaches, and a completely judgment-free atmosphere, this is it. F45 Staunton isn’t just a gym, it’s really a home. ❤”

“I love being able to go to the gym late at night after my kids go to sleep otherwise I wouldn’t be able to go to the gym. I do wish they had other amenities like tanning beds. Or we would be able to bring a friend with us sometime without them having to go through the whole process of registering.”

Equipment selection is top notch if you're serious about health and resistance training. The gym equipment curation for an independently owned and operated gym surpassed my expectations. A climbing rope, heavy kettlebells, multiple reverse hypertensions, high quality barbells and dumbbells. This gym had everything I wanted, and I'm a picky lifter.

If you are in the area and looking for a great gym, this is your place, regardless of your experience level. I will be returning every time I pass through the area.
